Taking it easy, which means my wife stays naked all day. (Just kidding, only half a day.)

Merry Christmas.
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

Happy New Year! I keep forgetting to come and check in on you guys. I think about it all the time but then in my free time I never do. I figured the new year isn't as good today as I need to turn over a new leaf. What are some resolutions you guys have planned?

Happy Independence Day!
Did either of you notice the severe drop off in personal firework displays this year? Around here usually it runs from dark (8pm) until about midnight with some serious aerial displays but last night there was nothing but the State sanctioned one up the road a mile or so. It was eerily quiet. Didn't have to sequester the dogs or anything. The sister in law in the Bay area California said that it was the same for her neck of the woods too. Quietest 4th of July in 25 years.
Good thing that the economy is rock solid and inflation is on the decline tho, a fella might get spooked.

Not much different in Ohio tbh. Week-long celebration as always. People are complaining about the prices, but still shelling it out for Freedom Day.
