I'd say there is plenty of actual IRL facts about Serling's life that are very interesting. My point remains that I've never heard this particular kind of gossip before this morning. I struggle with founding fathers, like Jefferson. I could probably deal with his views on slavery, and how it was not the right time to tackle it. It's his personal owning of slaves and his inability to survive without them because he loved expensive things that gnaws at me.
