Prof CJ warns not to allow this movement to get too organized or it will be coopted. Just work and influence people within your own sphere of influence.
Question is, can that be effective?

I dunno if it can be co-opted.C-Mag wrote:Prof CJ warns not to allow this movement to get too organized or it will be coopted. Just work and influence people within your own sphere of influence.

Because I don't know that a bunch of disaffected, Gen-X, professionals, who have come to realize that they're trapped in a society of morons, douchebags, and race hustlers, qualifies as a movement.
(Plus there's that whole against big government/against huge corporations thing. Who wants to co-opt that? Poor anarchists?)

Just seems to be reiterating, relabeling "Libertarian" or "Classical Liberalism" or the Principals America was made from etc. Doesn't seem like something that will amount to real movement or political group/party even.C-Mag wrote:Some of the key elements are easy to deduce, others more fuzzy.

I would say more Classic Liberalist, than Libertarian. He describes it as small L libertarian. Less Anarchy, less Hedonism, more Common Sense.
I have a hard time grasping how it's a real movement too, but I will say this. It reminds me of the Patriot movement that is far larger than those that just showed up at Bundyville. I hate that example, but it's the best one I have..... maybe the early Tea Party that Dan liked is better
