I think the Man Show is like an allegory for how things have gone.
There were once a bunch of juvenile jackasses harassing women.
They grew into beta scolds who lectured everyone else about harassing women and then jumped on the #MeToo train as if nobody knew that they were hypocrites.
They then destroyed people for committing 1/100th of the offenses that they themselves made a career of committing.
