I think it's more likely the jury was simply brainwashed to be Woke

so they didn't need to be intimidated, they wanted to convict

if you really don't want to be on a jury for a murder trial, it's not hard to get struck off

in any group of 12 city dwellers, the odds of even one being un-Woke are very low

I bet every one of them drank the Woke kool-aid a long time ago
