Serious Question Bout Guns

Post by kybkh » Wed Mar 03, 2021 8:52 am

What you think they gonna do?
Ban sale off ARs? Ban Ownership of ARs? Ban Re-sell of ARs? Ban 30rd Mags? Ban .556 Ammo?

and what will that do to existing gun supply value?

I'd look at the old Clinton AWB for guidance on what they'll probably do.
They already succeeded at those bans once, so why try something new when you know the old formula worked?

They have a number of Bill's in Congress. A stand alone bill will be an up hill battle.

Joe has plainly stated th as t the way to do it is to sneak gun restrictions into another popular bill.

The push back on HR 127 already has caused a stir, and rumor is Joe's handlers are looking at an EO.

So no one knows right now

Bottom line is the tyrants felt like they failed on guns during BHO, and they intend to correct that in the first 2 years.

On the flip side, there will be very little compliance.

IMHNSO, gun confiscation would lead to a revolt.

guess the main jest of my question is would buying an ar and extra 30 rd mags now be a worthwhile investment?

I mean, at best, if grandfathered in resell will be banned right?

Part of HR 127 is that you pay an annual tax of like 800 per gun and 100 per magazine.

Only the uber wealthy could afford guns.

Plenty of good info on GOA

Is there ever a wrong time to buy an AR-15?

Only someone that is completely unfamiliar with California gun laws would ask something like this. Yes. Buy as many as you possibly can. I'm not kidding. Get guns, lowers, mags, jigs and parts (and ammo if you can).

Also, 3D printing the really the wave of the future. The variety and quality of guns you can make is amazing.

They 100% are coming for your guns. They have no end state nor do they have victory conditions, just steady, progressive gun legislation. Grandfathered means nothing to a mandatory buy back.
