Which is the better option:
1. Force your opponent to defeat you
2. Defeat yourself cuz your opponent will probably just beat you anyway

We’ll have to expect them to fight harder.

As we've seen from very recent history, the president that appointed a particular judge isn't a perfect predictor of how said judge will rule.

Judges have authority unrelated to the politics of the executive office - by design.
Yes. Likewise, if picking a judge provided no consistent advantage whatsoever, there would be no reason to fight over who is appointing them.
So...?

I mean, this style or reasoning is trite and tiresome.
"Hey, it isn't 100% foolproof".
That's not an argument.
That's a factoid that can be applied to every human endeavor on Earth, masquerading as some fraudulent form of intellectualism.
Isn't that obvious?
We already have the laws we need on the books to make CRT in public schools absurd. But you are right - it has to get into the courts.

Time will tell, but I expect all but the most radical judges to reject the obviously illegal practices such as 'affinity groups' and the like - and even some of the most radical judges at that.
HAIL!

Her needs America so they won't just take his shit away like in some pussy non gun totting countries can happen.

The judiciary can’t be trusted. See fraudulent election.

I mean, look ... I'm really kinda meh on another Trump run anyway.
He's already got too many enemies in powerful places, who already beat him once.
In fact, the only time he won is when no one took him seriously.
But he's never won since the swamp has aligned itself against him.
If he has new advantages that increase his chances of winning - I'm not seeing them.

But if he wants to run, he should.
I personally don't think he'd make it out of the primaries.
But maybe he has some tricks up his sleeve.

these kooks are panicking, that's why they are lashing out recklessly
they are afraid, because they know their rule is a house of cards
it's just a question of how long it will be before they bring themselves down by overreach

What is the name of those primaries again? Wait .... wait ... it'll come to me.
Ah yes, that's it ... the REPUBLICAN primaries.

Yeah.
I see Mitt Romney, Mitch McConnel, and Liz Cheney still out here kicking around.
Where's Trump again?

... that's why I don't think he's going past the primaries.

The judiciary can’t be trusted. See fraudulent election.
The judiciary can't be trusted to do exactly what the president that appointed them would like.

Sort of my whole point about the reliable independence of the judiciary.
