I think Republicans are going to blow it....again. We went from red wave to toss up according to a lot of sources (not that I believe ANY media at this point).

My personal thought is that they will not get the gains originally expected. I think the abortion issue this time is going to play a part in it. Lots of local ads targeting Republicans for saying they won't even vote for rape and incest exceptions. The ads do a convincing job of making them look very extreme, to the point it will turn off a lot of Republican and swing voters.

The GOP fucked up big time by going full ban on abortions in many places. The majority doesn't want an extreme on either side.
