SCOTUS would be overturning the State Supreme Court, not the State legislature, because they’re the ones who control State Election law, not the courts.

I meant SCOTUS invalidating results paving way for state legislatures to select electors.

I believe that is what happens if wide spread fraud is found.

I do not think recounts in and of themselves will change the outcome. A recount would only change anything if it allows invalid votes to be removed. If it does, then yes he would win Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Georgia, North Carolina, and Arizona outright. So I'm not sure how to vote since that stipulation isn't included.

It's so weird that a week later, AZ can't count the last 100K votes? I suspect the gears of a plan are turning but I can't make it out?

I don't know exactly how it goes but I thought it was the composition of the House: 1 vote per State, but there's so much misinformation, I can't tell?

Some schill on the Today show (my wife watches it - I have no idea why) - first sentence, “President elect Biden is planning on meeting with intelligence officials”. Next sentence, “Georgia is doing a hand count because the race is too close to call”.

The dog isn’t barking. The longer SCOTUS doesn’t get involved, the less likely Trump can pull it out.

SCOTUS asked PA to keep late ballets separate - I’d say positive sign. Also, the conservative justices have to be fearful of far left - I can’t see Thomas passing on this opportunity - he is now the Court (thank God). But what do I know - I’m inherently racist and am not allowed to speak on such things...

Also - 1984 rules now apply - if ministry of truth says Biden was elected, then we know he wasn’t elected. Of they say SCOTUS will pass on case, then we know they will take the case...
