Why are people so afraid of a president using nukes? They would have to be insane to do it, not only that but the whole chain of command between the president and the people who actually launch the nukes would have to be insane. Trump, Biden, Harris, Pence, or whoever are not just going to randomly use a nuke unless a nuke was used against us. They may be incompetent and egotistical, but they aren't insane.
