When you see the elderly going into cognitive decline you start to hear a lot of the subconscious start to fall out of their mouths and confusion and agitation set in. We are witnessing it in near real-time with Joe and I can't for the life of me understand how the aprty still touts him as fit to be their nominee.

My suspicion now is they are setting up the excuses for when they lose in November. I cannot think the head of the DNC think that Joe is their white knight to save and unify the party. Not only his current mental status but his legislative history is a polar opposite of what they are trying project out tothe nation right now.

They know they were going to lose and don't want to burn a long term viable younger candidate in this election cycle. I honestly would have had more respect for the party if they would have just announced they were not fielding a candidate this year.

I don't know who he will pick for VP, but if I was an ambitious black female in politics right now, the last thing I would want is my name on a ticket with Biden in 2020.

The left claim that they are for "Black Lives" is tone deaf when you elect a man whose role model was a KKK grandmaster and eulogized at his funeral about how good the man was. Or the fact that you spearheaded the 1994 CrimeBill and stated, while in Congress no less, that you didn't want your kids to go to school in a racial jungle and labeled black youth offenders as "Super Predators". Can you imagine the non-stop shitstorm until election day if Trump did any of that?

I just don't get the logic of you villifying and cancelling a media or celebrity personality over something they tweeted once on social media eight years ago yet you will take a spear in the chest to protect a man's chance at the high office whose has made his entire living supporting and creating everything you are supposedly fighting against.
