WA has mail-in ballots, and it’s a Top 2 State. In the most recent Primary, the Parties who were paying for the election made it so you have to write your party affiliation on the OUTSIDE of the envelop, and if your Party didn’t match the Party of who you voted for, your vote did NOT count.

I am nonpartisan; I may be the first candidate to get ZERO countable votes.
