Some interesting (but not surprising) numbers based on exit polling:

68% of unmarried women voted Democrat
Voters between the ages of 18 and 29 cast their ballots in favor of Democrats 63 percent of the time in the 2022 elections.

These will be the same ones bitching the loudest about how everything is unaffordable in the coming months.
That’s because they are stupid. If election laws where the same as they were 120 years ago, there would not be a single democrat victory. Just sayin.
There is a time for good men to do bad things.

For fuck sake, 1984 is NOT an instruction manual!

Where did you see these. I would like to see how these numbers compare to the past.

I couple topics on r/conservative on Reddit. Articles didn't seem to go into historical comparisons, just current breakdowns.

I'm sure the single women voted based on abortion.

Edit: here are the articles.

No, it's always been the case but became overwhelming in the past couple decades. All feminists are Democrats.

p.s. My wife is a "feminist" compared to her mother, and her mother before her, but she's not considered a feminist by my DIL.

As of right now:
Senate - GOP lost 1 seat
House - GOP gained 10 seats
Governors - GOP lost 2 seats

This was an epic fail for the GOP. Democrat POTUS with record disapproval, 40 year record inflation, etc... and they lost seats in 2 of 3 categories.

‘Officially’.

The GOP gained 16 seats in the House so far and will get a couple more. If Walker wins the run-off, they get the Senate. Kari Lake will probably win.

Establishment GOP worked against MAGA candidates, gave money to their opponents in the Primaries then left them out to dry when they won anyway.

This was definitely a WIN, it’s just that MAGA candidates got 5th-columned & FMWs are a Democrat majority in most places.

RINOs will be removed from leadership positions, Trump/DeSantis will run in 2024 with a supportive House, CNN & Twitter, plus Rumble will soon be competitive with YouTube, and Facebook is broke.

Lots of good omens.

There is rumblings of a Desantis/Gabbard ticket. Trump should be out. He served his purpose, the only reason he would run again (and lose) would be for some personal revenge reasons.

That's a good point. The GOP actively worked to lose because they weren't the establishments candidates of choice. Compare that with a DNC that gets behind brain damaged and openly anti-American candidates.

One bright spot is that at the more local level (house) there were definitive gains. This still should have been a bloodbath for Democrats. Something like 73% think the country is going in the wrong direction, yet they re-elected the same ones responsible for their misery.

The sides are becoming even more hardened. Pretty soon we will have designated no-go zones for each side.

DeSantis/Lake. Trump won't win the nomination anymore. If he tries to go 3rd party then the GOP will lose for sure in 2024.
