I think it was planned... and I think it was due to CHAZ not from CHAZ... I think it was used as a way to quell a large chunk of people from connecting up... from "mobilizing" Just look at the places hardest hit... it really shouldn't be a coincidence that they are also the places where people have be rioting the most.
