Gov't Should Stop Funding College in any form

Post by heydaralon » Thu May 28, 2020 12:42 pm

I think if that happened you would see a change for the better in the American mindset overnight. College professors are by and large Marxist goons. Especially in liberal arts. They have the same effect as pedophiles. They fuck your children up mentally. Only difference is that Americans do not subsidize pedophiles nor are you required to be molested to get a white collar job (except in Hollywood).

The worst thing Government did was get involved in college. Who do I thank, was that Reagan or Carter ?

If Bjorn's not going to argue in good faith on here, or even post then this is no fun...

I'm sorry guys, I don't know what I was thinking.

HD, I could not care less what you do with your colleges. To me, they seem to be centers of anti-intellectualism and a general lack of curiosity and thinking. Both the private and public ones. Not sure why you'd think that only having private colleges would fix that, unless your pink-haired SJW's only attend, disrupt and dominate what's being taught at public colleges. I doubt that, but if you think it'll fix anything, go for it. I suspect you just get even more helicopter parents lowering what should be expected of students, and more students used to getting their way, becoming even more insistant that their rights are getting trampled each time they're being contradicted. Meh, it's your money. Best of luck convincing your fellow taxpayers, then.

1996, Bill Clinton

I think schools should be locally funded, feds should have nothing to do with it, except to make sure that a core foundation is taught... Math, English, Science, Perhaps Grammar, and Phonics as well.

State of Georgia, not federal...
