But mostly I care about meat, like I have four full tenderloins cut into 48 steaks

I need my meat too. I'm expanding my meat production. 2 to 3 Warner pigs this summer and 1 or 2 beef this fall.

I plan on selling excess meat to offset production costs.

My wife has switched to chicken thighs, juicier meat, and cheaper,

I don't how many platters of those she froze but they are stacked high in the freezer

More important to me tho, Marc Angelo imported Italian sausages, I've got forty of those
