Yeah, it's not unusual for a not guilty plea even if they later hope to cooperate.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Alison Moe describes some categories of discovery documents:

* Search warrant returns, copies of search warrants, business records, photographs, searches conducted on electronic devices, prior investigative files from the Southern District of Florida.

EDIT: Anticipated trial date is July 12, 2021.

I'll be shocked if she makes it to trial.

I think the defense is trying to argue that Maxwell doesn't have the funds to live beyond extradition.

EDIT: She wanted to stay in a luxury hotel while waiting for the next step in the process.

They had an accuser speak. The accuser said she had received threatening phone calls threatening her 2-year-old prior to the hearing.

EDIT 2: Maxwell's lawyer says the phone call had nothing to do with his client.
