Apparently, the governor of Oregon has put out an arrest warrant on GOP state representatives, to force them into the capital building, so that the dems can hold a supermajority vote on carbon credits.

One of the representatives said “send bachelors and come heavy”.

Democrats did the same thing in Texas over redistricting. Governor did something similar. If you have to flee the state than what the hell. Declare an Armed rebellion or just quit.

While Oregon Democrats have a rare 18 to 12 supermajority in the House and Senate, they cannot approve the bill without at least two Republicans present. After several days of heated debate between the two sides, eleven GOP members mutually agreed to boycott the vote.

What? 30 legislators for a whole fucking state? In that case shit, hold that shit up. You are representing a lot of people. Hunting down a mere 2 bodies for a vote is stupid.

Wisconsin Democrats did this a few years ago in order to prevent a vote as well. The running off to hide in order to prevent a vote that is inevitable is dumb. Sending the Police after them is also dumb. These are adults we have running our governments today.
