.... all of them willing to take in an immigrant ... until an immigrant shows up.
Exactly. Outside of urban centers, the immigrants are not wanted at all.

The Liberals are aware tho. They can see the polling data.

So they've quietly begun to reverse themselves.

They just passed a law which allows them to deport people without any refugee hearing at all.

So they are feeling the heat.

I don't worry too much about the immigrants.

It's the Canadians who are communists.

That's the root of the problem.

The immigrants who arrive here think it is strange.

Why would Canadians want to be communists?

It's not the immigrants who are delusional. They have their own little tiny problems, that's all they care about.

It's the Canadians who harbor this grand delusion that China will overthrow America to lead the Tech Utopian Revolution.

This is literally the game plan for the Liberals.

You don’t worry because you’re already a soft-communist state.
Americans worry because we know the mass-importation of the world’s poor is a plot to bring socialism here. A bunch of poor, non-English speaking, transplants aren’t going to prosper under competitive capitalism. Cue the “please save us, government” panic, complete with tear-jerking photos and tales of economic “cruelty”.

If America is making too many winners, the left has to mass-import economic losers to advance their agenda. Plus each extra vote helps. At the very least they can get more congressional reps off the body count.

But if you’re Canada, who cares? Game is already over. Losers win.

Americans are still naive about it actually being communism tho.

Americans have yet to just call it what it is.

It would prudent to stop calling them "SJWs" or allowing them to call themselves "Progressives"

"Communist" needs to come back into style, because that is who they are.

Agreed. It's too far gone.

Nothing I can do but insulate myself from the inevitable failures by amassing sufficient capital so that I don't have to rely on them for anything. Divest and hedge.

This is why I like American Corporations.

They are the most competitive and aggressive when it comes to wooing investors.

Only the American Corporations really distribute the earnings satisfactorily.

Perhaps Americans resent Corporate America.

But when you are behind the Iron Curtain, it is a beacon of American freedom which the communists cannot stop.

DBTrek is right.

The reason I hold the line for the Queen?

It's because I am American.

That's what Americans do.
