It's all about the other parents.

If your kid is the measles kid, the other parents are going to freak out.

I don't give a shit if your kid has measles.

Because I am not going to come into contact with your kid, and I don't have any kids who will neither.

But to the helicopter parents, your unvaxxed kid, is the plague.

Hence why I'm not surprised they are overreacting.

And since it is parent on parent violence, it is just desserts.

Measles, mumps and chicken pox are minor dieseases people used to deliberately infect their children with.

The death rate from Chicken pox is higher than the death rate from vaccination, Chicken pox causes Shingles later in life, and just because you're vaccinated doesn't mean you won't get it from exposure so other people, vaccinated or not, are at risk.

The death rate from Mumps is way higher than the death rate from vaccination.

German Measles is a real killer, way, way more than from vaccination.

People who don't want to vaccinate their kids think their kids are more special than anyone else's. Fuck them.

I am going on about the fact that you failed to understand mortality rates and risk assessment. People are less inclined to give a fuck about these kinds of parents because these parents already demonstrated that they are fucking idiots incapable of making rational choices.
