Principal Banned for Trying to Ban Christmas

Post by DBTrek » Fri Dec 07, 2018 1:32 pm

An Elkhorn elementary school principal tried to ban Christmas. It didn't go well.

Manchester Elementary principal Jennifer Sinclair issued a memo to staff prohibiting all Christmas-related symbols at the school northwest of 168th and Blondo Streets.

The memo caused an uproar with parents and teachers, some of whom got in touch with a Florida-based First Amendment group, Liberty Counsel.

District spokeswoman Kara Perchal released a statement on behalf of the district indicating that, as of Thursday, Sinclair had been placed on administrative leave. Perchal said there would be no further comment since it was a personnel issue...

I hate Christmas and all holidays, because I work retail, but I never understood how they became battlegrounds for Marxist types. Even if you don't like Christmas, enjoy the day off and holiday bonus you got, and let people celebrate however they want. The fact that this is the kind of shit that principals and administrators are even starting is absurd. They cut controversies out of whole cloth and stir the shit pot, and then hide behind large govt administrations when the fallout happens.

Marxism posits that religion should be abolished.

Also, Christianity is one of the few commonalities between many Americans....destroy the threads that bind us, and destroy us.

Like demons, they hate Jesus, so it stands to reason they want to abolish Christmas.

From another article:
The memo stated Principal Jennifer Sinclair came from a place where Christmas was not allowed in schools, which is why she laid out what could and could not be allowed in classrooms. She stated she wanted to be inclusive and culturally sensitive to all students.

... because nothing says "inclusive and culturally sensitive" like banning Christmas.

Why is it upon countries with diverse immigrant types to give up their traditions to appease these new arrivals? It seems to me that if immigrants and different folks want to be included, they can easily participate in these holidays. In fact, encouraging them to do so would be a better strategy than ruining something for everyone because some random foreigner was hypothetically offended. I don't go to Denmark and tell them they can't celebrate October Revolution Day. I wouldn't want to celebrate a Marxist holiday the way Danes do, but its not my country, and I'm not going to tell them not to collectivize the land.

As far as I'm concerned you can celebrate whatever imaginary deity you wish but if you could stop destroying my planet with your over commercialised, winter solstice rip off, consumerist, plastic crap fest I'd be eternally grateful.
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

The new thread that will bind us will be our disgust for these people.
