The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs talking about loyalty and mentioning anything other than the Oath all members take to by loyal to the Constitution and the Officers appointed over them is clear BS.
What everyone misses about this issue, or fails to mention is Obama's Purge of 300 + Flag Grade (Generals) Officers. BHO put in Generals loyal to him, not the nation. And sent a message down the ranks of what was expected. Trump needs to correct this in his second term.
