Do you know what this will do to the public schools? Surban America will start to set up unofficial schools to "home school" their kids...no way you can learn when you have a 50+ student to teacher ration and 80% of them don't speak English. No parent will send there kid there....

But if you look at the numbers more people on in social services in the US than the entire population on Canada.
