Donald Trump won the white evangelical vote by historic margins, taking a bigger share with the group than Mitt Romney, John McCain and even George W. Bush did, according to exit polls.

Reed concluded that if evangelical voters had “stayed home as some thought they’d do,” or, he added with a smile, “if the rapture occurred,” then Trump would have lost the election “by a Johnson-Goldwater type margin.”

I think the problem with these threads is they tend to conflate influence with control.

It appears it most instances throughout the past 100 years or so that the Left in general is not as organized as the Right. The Socialist or more liberal minded groups and individuals are usually disorderly, open minded, and low in trait "industriousness" so they are splintered and can't keep it together. Its inherently against their temperament to be organized and driven.

Based on democratic party primaries.. it's rather obvious that blacks controlled the democratic nominee for president for at least four or five presidential elections.


The democrat that wins the black vote in the South wins the nomination.

All democratic candidates now go straight for the black vote out of the gate to prove they will offer the most gibs too.

It's really quite undeniable.

Also, without an absolutely massive uptick in nonwhite migration, current trends put the DNC at a distinct disadvantage when the GOP becomes the default white vote as the DNC is for blacks. Currently, they still split the Hispanic vote a little. The white vote is totally split, but we saw in the last election that whites are waking up to the scam and starting to engage identity politics of their own, even if they choose not admit it.

When the GOP becomes the white party (for real and not just leftist hyperbole), the democratic party becomes the party of all the minorities. But they cannot cater to all of them, and each of the minorities conflict in interests.

Which is why Trump threatening mass amnesty was so dangerous.

You really seemed to be confused about the difference between the people gullible enough to think enough government can solve anything and those who take advantage of their gullibility.
