2018 Mid-Term Elections

Post by Fife » Mon Feb 19, 2018 12:01 pm

Well, it's time to start focusing in on the interesting races.

In Tennessee, we have little man Corker talking about un-retiring to take on our long-time TN07 rep, neocon Sarah / Bachmann wannabe and Faux News darling Marsha Blackburn. Meanwhile, the dems are running former Nashville mayor Bredesen (who was exceptionally popular), who has a more than legitimate chance to beat either of their sorry asses.

/sigh

In a head-to-head matchup between Blackburn and Bredesen, 44 percent of likely voters said they favored the Brentwood Republican, while Bredesen netted 39 percent.

That was a 5 percentage point increase for Bredesen compared with the last poll the PAC commissioned. In the December poll, 43 percent of likely voters said they'd vote for Blackburn over the former Nashville mayor.
Let's identify the most interesting races. There's sure to be a shitload of new developments in who-knows-what through the spring and summer.

What races do you find most interesting?

Stapleton had this guy Tim Donnelly who's running for a Congressional district in CA that's about the size of all of the Midatlantic States put together but has the population density of Alaska.

He had some acceptable ideas but sounded more like your typical angry old man conservative. Stapleton held his feet to the fire pretty good

All in all he's a better choice than most of the retards we have here in CA. Not my district though
No man's life, liberty, or property are safe while the legislature is in session

So is anyone following the drama in PA about redrawing our Congressional map?

That was a pretty good interview.

I spent most of my time listening actually looking at Google Maps checking out the CA08 district. Amazing state, California. Simply amazing.

The Jury of Fifes is still out on Jason's latest move. I'm keeping a close eye on my perimeter with him right now.

Snowboard cross and short track speed skating.

Yeah well nobody is expecting you to be able to tell the difference between a joke and a deliberate attempt to derail a thread with page after page of SPAM. Let's face it, you have hidden behind the cloak of ''it's a joke'' for years to excuse your deliberately offensive attacks. You are fooling nobody.

Derailing a thread with tone policing and school marming way original.
