Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein has been invited by House GOP leaders to testify privately in front of Congress following reports he’d discussed secretly recording President Donald Trump.
A person familiar with the situation says Rosenstein agreed to the meeting during a call Thursday evening with the House Judiciary Committee chairman, Rep. Bob Goodlatte.
Rep. Mark Meadows, chairman of the House Freedom Caucus, wrote on Twitter on Friday that Rosenstein will appear for a panel investigate to “explain his alleged comments on “wiring” POTUS–as well as other inconsistent statements.” He added, if Rosenstein fails to appear, he will be subpoenaed.

Rod Rosenstein is travelling with President Trump today on AF1...………………… question is, will he wear a wire
It's seems a little odd, that the guy who was reported fired 2 weeks ago is now on AF1 with the POTUS.

He just lost his mind. Trump heroically tried to stop him from jumping out of Marine 1, even to the point of hanging out the door trying to hold Rosenstein's arm, but the turbulance was too great even for a man of Trump's astounding health and physique, and Rosenstein fell to his death. Sad.
Trump will announce a suicide prevention initiative in his name on Thursday.

The FBI Director just testified in the US Senate. I asked him if @realDonaldTrump phone conversations are getting collected in the FISA database. He wouldn't answer. Is NSA or FBI listening in on our President? We know bad actors exist within intel community. REFORM NEEDED NOW
