He should probably be in Prison, not killing people on the street.
Appellant Radee Prince pled guilty to fifteen counts of third degree burglary in December 2003. (B-4). Thereafter, Prince was sentenced to a combined total of twenty-five years imprisonment, suspended after two years for two years of decreasing levels of probation, and was ordered to make full restitution.

By the laws already on the books, and the record this guy has, this guy shouldn’t have been able to step into a gun shop let alone buy one/own one.
And I wonder why he’s not getting any air time in the Mainstream media? Perhaps it goes against everything the Democrats and media have been saying, which is more laws = less gun deaths?Wilmington police say Prince has been arrested 42 times in Delaware, which include several arrests for violating probation. Prince has 15 felony convictions and four misdemeanor convictions, Chief Tracy says.

I bet somewhere within those fifteen felony convictions is a special moment in time when some common sense gun reform could have averted this.

Good luck on that one, no such thing as common sense when it comes to stuff like this.
Even if we did have common sense laws, it doesn't matter... those who are willing to break the laws will do so anyway.
