I would just go through his social media and look for any supportive comments of calls for violence by leftist media and name those media outlets in a lawsuit. Probably wouldn't win, but it sure as shit would make them look like the garbage they are.

Just imagine the type of information you could request during discovery. All communication between editors and reporters, their sources, their political favors. It'd be unreal.
