It would be nice if we moved to a social structure regarding gender and sexuality that many Native American tribes had. American Indians recognized 3 sexual Identities. Male, Female and a 3rd ambiguous form. They basically lumped all the confused gender people into one group. Kept them part of the tribe and moved on with society.
