Hurricane Harvey destroyed many buildings, homes and businesses. FEMA gives assistance in many forms from cash, to loans to flood insurance. I've heard some conservatives say FEMA ought not be in business of handing out tax money. I do not think CHURCHES should get funds as they are not tax supporting. A visitor from Holland falls down at MT Rushmore cannot get workers comp as he to does not pay US taxes no matter how long he is incapacitated.
