Republicans finally confess to being Democrats.

Republicans crank up pressure on Trump to not scrap DACA

http://www.politico.com/story/2017/09/0 ... yan-242257
Between failing to repeal the ACA and pressuring Trump not to end DACA it's almost like the Republicans aren't really against the Obama agenda at all. In fact, they're pretty big fans. Strange that they'd carry on so loudly for 8 years about how terrible these policies were only to defend them as soon as Barack left office.

Every year our two party system looks more and more like a one party system, eh?

.... and a single branch government. This whole issue is no more within Trump's purview now than it was within Obama's before.

Dear Congress:

If you want to make whatever Dreamer rules you think are best, just enact the law you like. Make it so.

The craziest thing is that they know the American public does not agree with them. They know, their electors voted against these ideas not just by electing said RINO when they stated they were opposed to these policies, but confirmed their opinions by also electing Trump.

This all goes back to the vested interests who are in favor of these policies and the power they wield.

Our government is too centralized, our industries are too centralized, and we must find a way to reverse this consolidation of power which the Federal Reserve and our fiat monetary system has enabled.

Plutocracy indeed. I believe part of the issue to be with the way the "conservatives" carry on. They are always on their back foot while "progressives" are always on their front. Conservatives seem to act like "woah woah lets slow down a bit," and instead of instigating any reformation they just delay the agenda slightly. Very few of them are actually standing for anything real. Some of them do. Not about the issues I really care about but w/e

The Tea Party movement is interesting inasmuch as I believe the media may have been correct when they labeled it as misplaced white working class anger.

She wasn't wrong, though. A lot of people should know by now that they technically deserve it after what they have done to the American people, and yet the electoral whooping they received from the rust belt last November hasn't seemed to shake any sense into them.

A lot of people deserve death squads. But that doesn't make it a realistic option, or one that should be proposed to the nation.
