Hurricane Harvey

Now Cat 4, landfall expected near Corpus Christi early Saturday.

Talk of flooding in New Orleans, some predict the pumps won't handle it.

They had over a decade to prepare for this post-Katarina, and yet they still might not have enough pumps? That's next level government incompetence right there. It's almost like they are trying to kill their residents.
