Is there no way to use an overseas IP address and bank account to bypass the nanny state?
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

We can get to the sites just fine. The problem is getting money in/out of them. We have to wire money out of the country to do it, and the IRS likes to call people terrorists for this.

I'm told that the only alternative to this is living in Somalia.

Anyway from personal experience it appears you'd only be throwing your chips away.

Hey look, all I was able to win was bragging rights. You can't begrudge me spending them when I get the chance.
