Thing is if this fails, the Democrats are going to be so weakened before Trump needs to even try for a second term that the Democrats may as well give all 50 to the Republicans.

What is their endgame? Pence in the Oval Office? lol. Trump is positively liberal compared to him. Seeing Trump impeached would almost be worth it to see the howling and gnashing of teeth that would happen once Pence took the chair.
