Two of my own, plus I board them in my home, the most I can fit at one time is seven.

So I usually have a pack of them around here.

No Alphas, there's no such thing as an Alpha dog.

This is a bad misconception because people who try to Alpha their dogs just make them afraid, causing Reactivity.

The Reactive dogs are the problem dogs, because they are not socialized so they don't get along in the pack.

The pack is actually very anarchic, only Reactive dogs try to dominate, but this makes them the outcasts.

These are the dogs who end up in the pound to be put down, it's sad that people don't understand why.

The Alpha dog myth is a dog killer, but it's only people who create this problem.

There's no dominant Alpha male in a wolf pack nor a dog pack.

The males are not dominant over females,

Female wolves and dogs are just as big and mean, there is no male dominance.

My bitch dog is more aggressive than my older male dog, he's slightly taller, but she's heavier.

They are equals in a hunt or a fight, he is not dominant over her, neither psychically nor psychologically.

The females are just as territorial as well, a female attack/guard dog is just as effective

The Alpha wolf/Alpha dog is a myth,

it's people projecting themselves onto the animals, but wolves and dogs are not primates.
