Specifically among high school age kids. A lot of American schools today have such an expansive no tolerance policy that a guy who gets punched- and doesn't hit back- at home can be suspended for fighting. This level seems absolutely ludicrous to me, but I can at least understand the motivations for it.

As I said before the difference between a prison and a school arent much different. When there is a fight, I can referee that at a later time in the meantime, for their protection and that of the other students, all participants will spend a night in the hole.
