Contemporary Politics and Evolutionary Psychology

Post by Speaker to Animals » Fri May 26, 2017 4:17 pm

I have been saying this for a while. More evidence this is the case:
Suurprise, surprise. Men who are physically weak are more likely to favor socialist policies.

An academic study from researchers at Brunel University London assessed 171 men, looking at their height, weight, overall physical strength and bicep circumference, along with their views on redistribution of wealth and income inequality. The study, published in the Evolution and Human Behavior journal, found that weaker men were more likely to favor socialist policies than stronger men.

Brunel University's Michael Price believes this may be a product of evolutionary psychology.

"This is about our Stone Age brains, in a modern society," said Dr. Price. "Our minds evolved in environments where strength was a big determinant of success. If you find yourself in a body not threatened by other males, if you feel you can win competitions for status, then maybe you start thinking inequality is pretty good."

Taking his assessment one step further, Price wanted to factor in gym time to see if he could determine the relationship flow between strength and socialistic leanings. Are men who are naturally strong more inclined to hold capitalistic views, or are men with capitalistic views driven to go to the gym?

I think most of our political divides have nothing much at all to do with actual ideas themselves, but with evolutionary psychology. Weak men want socialism and the criminalization of stronger men. Women subconsciously want more mating options, so they support more male immigrants.

Most of this stuff is selfish and at least partially determined by your biology and genetics.

Prescription: separate boys from girls more in high school. Mandatory gym and weight training for sophomores and seniors. Mandatory physical education every single day for all kids starting in elementary school. Competition is a must. Accolades awarded for success. No participation trophies.

Make boys stronger rather than society weaker.

I am telling you right now, if you want to change the direction society, focus on the boys. If you make boys stronger, you will get a more traditional society with more competition, etc. If you encourage them to become feminized and weak, you will get more socialism and "social justice".

Interesting.

Do you think there's any value to coed socialization in schools at all? How would you avoid the spearate and inequal problem?

No. I think it's a really bad idea.

We should separate more.

Okay, explain. I agree with you to an extent--I was personally very distracted by all the girls in my classes. I just want to hear your thoughts.

Also on the second question. People will cry about Plessy. How do you preempt that criticism?

The presence of females changes the dynamic between males. Once a woman is introduced to the group, men lose camaraderie. It's a terrible dynamic in which men are subconsciously competing for female attention. It happens everywhere, not just schools. The corporate world is no longer a decent place for men because of the impact of women and men working together. Women also tend to take over the group and demand special treatment, as well as changes to rules and customs -- all to make the environment more comfortable for women. The problem is that this undermines men and, over time, feminizes them. Men become backstabbing little cunts in the corporate world because of this.

Keeping boys separated from girls in schools would allow boys to behave like boys. You don't have to change the rules and social codes to accommodate females. Boys and girls also tend to learn differently. What we have seen in the past few generations is a school system that is entirely devoted to the interests of girls, to the detriment of boys. The classes are run by women. The curricula are largely designed to accommodate girls. Rules and behavior codes are designed to accommodate girls. If boys act like boys, the teachers will try to coerce parents into poisoning those boys with detrimental, mind-altering drugs that make them behave more like girls.

Boys are being raised to act like girls, and if they stray, they are punished and shamed. Now schools are raising boys with the idea that boys are a problem and inferior to girls. The feminization of our males now starts as early as possible.

This bullshit has to stop, and about the only way I can imagine even beginning to turn this around is to separate the boys and girls. Let men teach boys and women teach girls. These are two totally different groups that will not in general perform well in an environment designed for the other group.

We need to get boys strong early when we have them every weekday. It's easy to teach them basic calisthenics and light weight training (when they become old enough to do so). We can feed them all that is necessary in the school day that will help build muscle too.

Being strong is FAR more important to a man's psychology than I think many are willing to admit right now.
