Judge Navarro said video surveillance, maps and FBI interview information were willfully withheld by the prosecution in violation of due process required by the U.S. Constitution.

Considered collectively, she said, the evidence that was withheld was favorable to the defendants, and its untimely disclosure was prejudicial in that it “undermined the confidence of the outcome of the trial.”...................

She said the government also failed to disclose an FBI threat assessment from 2012 that discussed the nonviolent nature of Cliven Bundy, which could have been used to undermine government claims that the Bundys posed a threat during the standoff and to bolster the defendants’ claims that the government acted unreasonably.

I've been following this story since my fellow members were calling to blow up the Bundys with Hellfire Missiles. Turns out the Bundys were on the level and the government was the party committing the criminal acts. Who would have guessed the citizen was right and government wrong.

This was an attempt by agents of the Federal Government to steal these peoples land and put them in jail. There's plenty more swamp to drain, but its a good start. I read one report that government agents were promised land like the Bundy and Hammond Ranches for looking the other way for major US politicians.

Here's a good story by the Washington examiner. In short telling ranchers to get smart when dealing with the courts because in Nevada their is already a federal law that pretty much takes the land away from the BLM. I'm sure if they would have had a slick lawyer that knew what he was doing then this would have never gotten this far.
