No DUI - NYPD was pretty quick to disclose that.

I think the duche bag had two other incidents.

Witness on the scene says he seemed to do it on purpose.
Witness who helped restrain him when Rojas tried to escape says he didn't smell like alcohol.
Mayor deBlasio says US citizen.
