The DNC's qualifications for next POTUS are:
- Minority (bonus points for multiple classifications)
- Celebrity
- Little to no political background
- Opposite personality of HRC (i.e. likable)

Uh, yeah, this is tricky for the Progressive Establishment. As we saw last night in the response to Imperator Trump, they recognize that they have completely lost Rural, Sub-Urban and small Urban communities. They can read the Red-Blue maps. Which leaves them only with the dense Urban centers with a high density of poorly educated voters. Add to that that the Progressive Globalists have painted themselves into the SJW box that you defined above. So who can they get ?

I think you are on the right track with celebrities. Oprah isn't it. But a Morgan Freeman would be a much better choice.
