They are putting their faith into an incomplete flawed image of the real world. In a metaphysical sense, they are practicing Idolatry.
All they had to do is follow good scientific principals. But they don't. Skipping those steps and jumping to the conclusion make folks wonder if it's just about locking up power and money.
Most of science is compromised. I was not kidding when I said we are in a dark age. Most research papers are garbage today. Any honest academic would admit as much to you. We even have entire scientific fields that no longer actually do any science. Climate science is your obvious one, but also American theoretical physics no longer actually does any science at all, much less physics.

A carbon Tax is coming. It will likely be on gas, diesel, propane and natural gas.

I am asking all you bright and wise folks , what strategies can we employ to reduce how much we pay

you can’t avoid it - everything uses carbon - don’t forget about VAT too.

Depends on what counts toward the tax. Wood burner systems are pretty damn sweet. I know a guy that uses it to heat his house and his water.

He works as a tree man, so the fuel is free (and not taxable).
SJWs are a natural consequence of corporatism.

Isn't wood burning the worst of the worst?

Some dumb neighbor tried to tell me it was a "no burn day" when I was having a little fire pit in the driveway

WTF is a “no burn day”. God I love living in the foothills of Appalachia. Being a pussy in my county is not an option.
There is a time for good men to do bad things.

For fuck sake, 1984 is NOT an instruction manual!

And that's even in Arizona!

At least it only happens on certain very hazy days; it goes weeks and months at a time back home
