He's such a badass.

I'm guessing there's a reference here I'm unfamiliar with.

Nah, just agitating the class war comrade.

All that stuff about withholding the divorce bill is just posturing to make him look tough.
There's not enough support in Parliament to withhold it so it's an empty threat.

Official declarations today. Only those with 8 endorsements from Tory MPs move on to round 2.
Currently a 2 horse race between Bo-Jo and Jeremy Hunt.
Hunt voted to remain in the referendum.

Acceptable humor according to the BBC. No one could be grossly offended by this I suppose.

The hate speech laws in the UK specifically prohibit hate speech against people due to their religious beliefs, gender, sexual preference, race or disability.
Victims of crime are not mentioned in the legislation.
There is therefore no case to bring before a court.

Jo Brand's comments would very likely be grossly offensive to a victim of an acid attack though and it is curious that the BBC should defend her joke after the way Danny Baker was thrown under the bus for his Royal baby chimp pic.
I think they will crumble to pressure and sack her by the end of the week.
I also think Farage will overplay the victim card and look like the slimy political opportunist he is.
