Aye, there's the rub, getting people to agree on that. I'm an avid fisherman and environmentalist, but any responsible fisherman or hunter will tell you there's assholes who will happily kill every last target species out there, and leave a godawful mess behind while doing it. Size and season limits on fish are a huge deal here on the east coast. Plus there's businesses doing crap like netting tens of thousands of tons of menhaden, what large predator fish eat, to grind into fertilizer and feed. It's happening regardless and if you want my opinion, Trump is perfectly fine with it. He used the far right to get elected and is perfectly fine with shutting them down to keep people from hearing about what a failure he is.
