Obama Appointed Judge Mysteriously Recuses Himself From Michael Flynn Case

The case against former National Security Advisor Mike Flynn has taken a strange turn, as U.S. District Judge Rudolph Contreras abruptly recused himself Thursday night with no explanation. Contreras is an Obama appointee who also sat on the FISA court while the Trump team was under surveillance by the Obama administration. Judge Emmet Sullivan, an Bill Clinton appointee, was randomly assigned to take over the case after Contreras' recusal.

Between the recused judge who sits on the FISA court, Sally Yates' transcript 'trap,' and the fact that the FBI reportedly interviewed Flynn without an attorney present, it will be interesting to see how the case against Michael Flynn holds up.

I'm interested to see if this Giglio Defense comes into play. In that if Mueller did not tell Flynn that Strzok was removed for bias, his evidence is null and void.

Frankly all of this seems to be Fruit of the poisonous tree to me.

More Skullduggery at the FBI and DOJ. Everyone knows Mueller has a conflict of interest with the investigation into the election. It's puzzled most people. But now it is revealed that the DOJ secretly gave Robert Mueller a waiver for conflict of interest, but will not say what the basis for the waiver was.

The Justice Department is refusing to reveal details of the process that led up to former FBI Director Robert Mueller being granted an ethics waiver to serve as special counsel investigating the Trump campaign’s alleged collusion with Russia during the 2016 presidential election.

In response to a POLITICO Freedom of Information Act request, the agency released a one-sentence memo Friday confirming that Mueller was granted a conflict-of-interest waiver in order to assume the politically-sensitive post.

In a recent interview, Mook declared that for the Democrats to harbor any hopes in 2018 and beyond, they should drop the Russia story. Further, he said that Democrats need to focus on the issues currently being addressed by President Trump.

Note: Robby Mook was a senior campaign feller for Hillary, he tried to get her to go to the Rust Belt.
