My wife told me it is a rumor going on right now about that. If it's true, then WTF was she doing hanging around with him in the first place? She had to know he was a political insider... The president calls, you answer. She should have to pay him for anything if this goes to court... for stupidity by her, is not a valid argument of why she wanted a divorce.
