What election results?
It was an advisory referendum with zero validity in law according to the courts.
Imposing no-deal Brexit against the will of both Parliament and the people is not Democracy.
The will of the people has already been expressed. If it has "zero validity in law", as you pretend, it's odd that the EU hasn't declared all the talk about Brexit invalid, isn't it?

If the expression of the will of the people doesn't agree with Montegriffo, then he arbitrarily declares it isn't actually the will of the people.

If you really want to overthrow the democracy, the intellectually honest and honorable thing to do is to take up arms and wage war on it like Caesar did.

Imagine if Caesar was like, "nah, fam. We need a revote on this recall thing."

When Caesar said "zero validity in law," he fucking well meant it. No reliance on the fags in the powdered wigs and black dresses, either.

This was the text you all voted on:
Should the United Kingdom remain a member of the European Union or leave the European Union?

It says nothing about "deals" and second, third, fourth, fifth votes until Monty gets what he wants.

I mean.. if you wanted to be an ubercunt lawyer about it.. I suppose you could argue the text does not say the United Kingdom will leave the EU, but whether it "should" be a member.

"Should" and "will" are two different verbs, with the latter being performative and the former being a qualitative statement.
Parliament's responsibility following the advisory referendum was to find a way of leaving the EU acceptable to both Parliament and the people. They have failed to do that and are now trying to impose a version of Brexit which is unacceptable to all but a minority of self-interested diehards.
That is not democracy.
No-deal Brexit must be put to Parliament (our elected representatives) for scrutiny and a vote of approval. That is the basis of British democracy where Parliament is supreme not the executive. The PM is now trying to suspend Parliament in order to avoid scrutiny of his no-deal Brexit.
Boris was not even elected by the people. He was imposed on us by around a hundred thousand members of the Conservative party in a country of sixty five million people.
Talk about the deep state and attempted coups.

I'm pretending nothing. The validity in law of the advisory referendum was successfully challenged in the courts.
The EU is respecting the sovereignty of an individual member and bows to Parliamentary supremacy as is correct for them to do.
The talk about Brexit isn't invalid. It's the attempted imposition of a no-deal Brexit against the will of Parliament and the people which is invalid.
