I have no idea if that is real or not, but that is a huge problem with modern law enforcement. They are literally bragging on social media about arresting and fining people for frivolous shit.

I remember when I had to do community service back when I was 19 at a police station. The cops were bragging about fancy cars they pulled over. One of them practically had a hard on when describing how he pulled over a Mazeratti for speeding. They thought that was some measure of merit. These clowns live in another world.

In middle school they bragged about telling the teacher that some kid didn't have a hall pass.
