Joe Biden, please help us from being terrorized by soccer moms
The National School Boards Association, I didn't even know such a thing existed, demands FJB use his power to stop parents from terrorizing school board meetings and demanding accountability. These wingnuts want protection from the FBI and Secret Service

This is all pretty predictable stuff. But they don't care. Dad went nuts and managed to get the story out, of course the Dad had to get arrested to do it.
What's Fife say about making everyone a criminal ?

The elites don't plan on you being able to afford steak in the future. They want to make it a luxury item. In fact, beef period will be reserved for the rulers. You will get to have a little pork, but will subsist on fake food made from carb high plants and bugs, it will look like your traditional foods, may even taste a little bit like it. But it will be fake like a vegan burger. That's what they have planned for you.

Meat is murder and it is bad for the environment.

Intensively farmed beasts who never eat or even stand on fresh grass.
It's inhumane and damaging the environment for a substandard product.
Meat should be expensive and consumption needs to fall.

Agree. But do you think they’ll ban feed lots, or remove ag-gag laws, or fix literally anything?Montegriffo wrote: ↑Tue Oct 12, 2021 6:58 pmCheap steaks means cattle crammed onto concrete feed lots.SuburbanFarmer wrote: ↑Tue Oct 12, 2021 6:46 pmSeriously. They'll do it through higher and higher animal welfare standards.
In the US? They won't do anything meaningful.

I prefer free-range beef imported from Uruguay. It takes less energy to transport it to Sweden, via ship, than it takes to keep the Swedish cows warm during the winter. It also tastes better.Montegriffo wrote: ↑Wed Oct 13, 2021 1:54 amIn Europe?SuburbanFarmer wrote: ↑Tue Oct 12, 2021 7:40 pmAgree. Swedish milk, though, is the best tasting in the world and is always locally produced thanks to our supply chains. As long as you avoid the "ecological" stuff that is transported on an average twice as far.

You know nothing about the beef industry, at least not in America, or Brazil or Australia which produce most of the worlds beef.Montegriffo wrote: ↑Tue Oct 12, 2021 6:58 pm

Cattle are on grass most of their lives, they only go into feed lots for 30-45 days for fattening, then to slaughter. The Elites would love the scenario you paint, because they could create industrial beef production, but that's not how it works. As is right now, the people that take most of the risk in beef production make the least amount of money, the rancher and the feedlot operator. The four big packing plants make all the money, and fuck the consumer and producer.
If you want to make an environmental statement about beef, look into JBS. In Brazil they burn down the rain forest to make room for soy farming and grazing. Beef are grazed for 8-10 months, then fattened on soy beans.
