So you are good with unequal justice under the law ? I told both of them I thought they were out of control at the time. At the same time I'm not big on punishments, but if you are going to do it, it needs to be equal justice. If you can't do equal justice you should let it pass.

Unequal Justice gets my hackles up. So, I'm a bit of an ass on this subject.

Unequal justice is what you get when you start a war. Some soldiers get shot, some don’t. It ain’t fair. In a fair war all combatants would be shot, or none of them would.

The fact is they violated Sun Tzu’s basic tenets of war by waging it on terrain where they could not win - and now that the casualty reports are in folks are mad because there should be twice as many corpses.
