Great is just an adjective, you need to simmer down, just because you are picturing the Great Wall of China on the border with Mexico, that doesn't mean that's what Trump is talking about. It's a visual anchor that is strong symbol for border security in general, you are letting your imagination run wild.

It was an okay speech. Didn't watch the response nor the talking heads. These speeches tend to fade quickly, but it's always good to watch to see what the president thinks he wants to accomplish this year.

There were a few times where you could actually see Ryan cringing followed by the reluctant clapping.

Nancy Pelosi's behavior was deplorable, but I even saw her clapping at least once. McConnell was quite stoic; didn't see him clap much, either.

I think he did what he needed to do. He allowed himself to be coached. That's progress, IMO.
